My client, a Housing Association, is looking for an IT Support Technician, for a permanent role, to provide 1st & 2nd line support across a Microsoft estate. My client is looking for someone who has experience supporting Windows Operating Systems, Office application software, desktop/laptop break-fix and, most importantly, O365 Administration. In addition, my client is looking to migrate their on-perm servers to an Azure cloud platform and there will be scope to be involved with this project.
There is scope for hybrid working with this role with my client offering 2 days a week working from home for the first few months to go through an induction and familiarisation process. Over time this will increase to 3 or possibly 4 days a week working from home. Also, my client can offer a 9-day working fortnight where you get to take every other Friday off.
