Job Description
1st/ 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst required to join a leading law firm based in Mayfair. They offer a relaxed working environment with no dress code and an attractive package including a salary of up to £30k, 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays), private medical insurance and discretionary bonus.
The IT team is currently in the process of an ambitious modernisation program so it would represent a great yet challenging role with significant opportunity to learn and grow professionally. The successful Service Desk Analyst will be joining a team of 2 and required to provide day-to-day support for 150 end users including VIPs. You will be the first point for contact for all IT issues and will need to think on your feet as there isn't a script to follow here, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and finding the solutions to resolve to issue.
Essential skills:
Strong troubleshooting experience of Windows applications and server administration,
Office 365,
Active Directory, Azure AD,
Group Policy
Document formatting including excel,
MDM ideally Intune
Ideally you will also have experience of Legal applications such as iManage, Work/FileSite, Digital dictation and ITIL Certified.
This Service Desk role will suit someone who has 1-2 years experience or maybe on an apprenticeship role who is looking to take the next step in their career and have the freedom to learn new technology along the way.
Please note this role will be onsite 5 days a week
