1st/2nd Line Support Engineer required by a market leading Managed Service Provider based in the middle of Bournemouth and Southampton in a highly sought after location and building with a salary of up to £25k. The role is 8-5pm, Monday to Friday and has hybrid flexibility after a probation period.
The successful 1st Line Support Engineer will show a keen interest in progressing in their career and demonstrating their technical problem solving skills to progress into a 2nd Line role. They will also have experience in troubleshooting, Remote Management Tools, Office 365, Azure, and hardware upgrading. You will be responsible for supporting over 100 globally based clients through a ticketing system across a range of industries, complete client visits, and identify and resolve technical issues both physically and remotely.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a fast-paced industry previously and will want to take advantage of the personal and professional training opportunities that they can provide to up-skill whilst working in a company that wants to invest in you.
