Job Description
A great telephone-based Customer Support opportunity located near Bolton.
You will be working as part of the team focussed on customer support for customers across the UK and Europe. The role will include 1st line telephone support, problem diagnosis and fault logging.
This is a technology company, so any IT Support experience would be beneficial, although full product training will be given.
Applicants should be analytical with great verbal communication skills and must be willing and able to work a shift pattern (early/mid/late) covering operating hours 6am to 6pm – 7 days a week
