Job Title: 1st Line Engineer in the Legal Industry
Location: City of London – EC4
Salary: £40,000 + 15% Bonus

We are looking to recruit a 1st Line Engineer in the Legal Industry for our client based in City of London – EC4. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 1st Line Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-paced team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure, systems and applications of our client. You will be the first point of contact for any technical issues, and you will have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent technical support to end-users
Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems
Install and configure hardware and software
Monitor network performance
Maintain system security
Perform system backups and disaster recovery operationsTechnical Skills:

Windows Server 2008/2012
Active Directory
Group Policy and Networking
MS Office Suite
Desktop, Laptop, and Mobile support
Legal Experience is preferred but not essential

Citrix
DMS – iManage / NetDocuments
Aderant, Linetime, P4W
