Job Description
Role: IT Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 DOE
This is an exciting opportunity for a First Line IT Engineer to join a well renowned MSP in their offices in Hemel Hempstead. This would be the perfect role if you are a motivated, IT focused individual who is seeking a successful career within IT.
Your New Role:
* Work on a busy helpdesk alongside other specialist IT Engineers resolving a range of issues within the company
* Provide high-class support to users across the country in a timely and professional manner via remote tools, email and over the phone
* Offer articulate and knowledgeable front line IT Support through strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Excellent training provided for you to excel within this role and internally progress to higher positions
Key Requirements:
* Previous Experience working in a First Line / IT Support Role
* Experience using Active Directory + Group Policy
* Windows Server Installation + Configuration
* Office 365 + Exchange
* VMware + Hyper – V Experience
* Networking Knowledge
