IT Service Desk Analyst | 3 Month Contract Inside IR35 | Competitive rate | York- Hybrid | Great opportunity

The role: 

Our key client is looking for a 1st line IT Service Desk Analyst to join their busy service desk team, who will be responsible answering the phone and completing basic IT tasks e.g., password resets, account unlocks.
 
This is a perfect opportunity for a junior 1st line analyst. As part of your role, you will be spending time on the phone taking details and assigning through to the correct team, so excellent phone manner and proficient IT skills is a must.
 
Essential Requirements:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good computer literacy
An interest in Tech and IT
Willingness to learn and develop 
Desirable but not necessary:

Experience in IT helpdesk role
Qualification in IT related subject
Technology related background 
About you:
 
You will be expected to proactively manage targets and ensure effective and efficient responses in a high call volume environment and will contribute to increasing the delivery of ‘first time fixes’.

They will also need to be an excellent communicator who can support our users in a friendly, open manner. Most importantly, they will strive to offer outstanding customer service.
