First Line IT Support – London Hybrid Working – £26,000 + Benefits.
I'm looking for a highly motivated and driven 1st Line IT Support engineer to join my clients rapidly expanding sustainable energy company in central London. You will need to have 1 to 2 years of experience within IT support, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be acting as a first point of contact for all IT Support queries. You will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and technical support to the company's end users, ensuring all ticketing issues are reported and resolved in a timely manner, whilst escalating more complex issues to 2nd line IT Support team.
You will be a part fast-growing company at an early stage with ambitions to be a major global contender within the sustainability energy sector. You will be joining a group of highly motivated and passionate people that are excited by being on a mission to developing a sustainably driven technologies in order to create cleaner, greener and more sustainable energy infrastructure for future generations!
There is some weekend rota work as part of this role.
You will provide 1st Line technical support to customers.
You will use the company's ticketing system (Hubspot) in line with best practice standards to ensure that you not only solve customer problems, but also long all issues properly and report on all activities.
Making sure that we listen, support, and provide solutions for customers. We might not be able to solve everything in a first call but the way we handle & escalate that call will have an enormous impact on our customers' experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of prior experience in a technical support capacity either across 1st /2nd
An end-to-end customer specialist technical support executive who has excellent time management, prioritisation skills. Your mission is to serve the company customer base.
A genuine passion and pride for delivering outstanding customer service experience and a willingness to want to go the extra mile.
Strong desire to want to learn; if there is an aspect of the support stack within the business that you have not used before, then the business will always be happy to train, support and mentor those for an appetite to learn,
Troubleshooting technical issues on installed devices by communicating with customers
Have a hands-on approach to replicating field issues in our R&D lab and reporting your findings to the technical team.
Work with customers and colleagues to support the continuous improvement of our service and support tools.
Highly motivated and prepared to operate in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, taking initiative and completing every job.
A problem solver who enjoys a challenge and never gives up until a problem is fixed.
Adaptable, self-managing, pro-active, multitasker.
Having prior experience with electronics product background would advantageous.What you'll get:
