1st Line IT Support, Carterton, £23,000 – £29,000

A very successful organisation situated in the Oxfordshire area is looking to recruit a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing business. In this role, the 1st Line IT Support Engineer will get exposure to working with multiple technologies and will assist in the delivery of new application, hardware, and software rollout projects.
  
This is a busy front-line position, dealing directly with employees who have technical issues such as forgotten passwords, computer/software issues and telephone/mobile problems.
  
The role is perfect for someone with 6 months plus IT experience and really wants to progress and learn extremely quickly. Our client also offers technical training and will put a lot of time into developing you.
  
It is essential you have strong communication skills and able to multitask a busy workload.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Answering the support telephone line
Logging and managing customer/employee queries.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications/ telephones etc
Undertake any other duties as required to fulfil the needs of the position. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

A confident, proactive and an organised approach to work
Problem solving connectivity issues.
Ability to communicate effectively to all departments within the Company.
Knowledge of Smart Phones
Ability to liaise with third party contacts to ensure the best possible service is delivered.
