Job Description

Working for a dynamic global business offering a range of professional and home grooming, styling and personal care products.

Role Summary

Our client is looking to recruit a 1st Line IT Support Administrator to become part of their local and broader global IT Team, supporting users at their site in Manston with the occasional need to travel to the sister site in Gloucestershire. Some weekend work may be required dependent on business needs.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

* On site and remote first-line support

* Supporting the daily operations of the business

* Installation of IT Equipment (PC, Laptops, Printers, etc.)

* Software installation

* User creation and management

* Local Active Directory

* Azure/Microsoft 365

* Applications Local and SAAS

* Telephone system management

* Basic firewall management

* Creation and management of documentation

* Project work

* Working with external support companies

Skills and Experience:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role

* Desktop and Server management

* Microsoft 365 management

* Network management

* Excel Skills

* Has a strong work ethic and a positive and enthusiastic attitude

* Can work as part of a team and with business partners

* Has attention to detail and organisation skills

* Good communication skills
