My client has a requirement for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst on a 3-month initial contract with the view to go permanent. The range of their services run from the provision of outsourced IT functions such as our IT Service Desk, to the design, installation, and support of Audio Visual.
As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, you will be working on the technical service desk, assisting users from across the country whilst helping maintain a professional company image with a strong eye for detail.
This is an on-site role, the client are based in Basingstoke.
Supporting around 2,000 users
Resolving issues with telephone and remote support tools
Accurately logging issues to pass to 2nd LineTechnical Requirements
DNS/DHCP/TCP/IPRate: £110 p/d
