Job Description
1st Line Support
Rekall are looking for a 1st Line Support with proven experience of working within a call centre/ customer service environment. Excellent customer service skills are a must with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilites include;
– Taking a high volume of incoming calls.
– Aiming to resolve customer queries and faults.
– Updating queries onto the database.
– Offer guidance to clients and identifying faultS.
– Working to strict deadlines and service level agreements.
This is a hybrid working position allowing 2 days working from home. The first 6 weeks training must be in the office.
Shift Schedules are as followed: (Monday through Sunday):
07:00 – 15:00
09:00 – 17:00
10:00 – 18:00
08:30 – 16:30
15:00 – 23:00
