SR2 is looking for an IT Support Specialist who excels in great customer service, has a passion for helping people and has impeccable telephone skills! You will be working for one of the biggest energy suppliers in the world who are leading the way to make energy cheaper, greener, and simpler. You would be joining a fun vibrant team of enthusiastic IT Specialists and have the opportunity to help employees with any IT issues and queries they may have.
You must have had customer service experience and be able to communicate effectively over the phone and have a willingness to support the individual's IT issues.
This role will involve setting up new starters with access to multiple accounts in an smooth and efficient manner
Acting as first-line support/dispatch answering the support line and addressing the issue
Creating and maintaining accurate support requests in the ticketing system to provide accurate and detailed customer history and management information
Managing role holder's ticket queue keeping customers informed of progress and actions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
