1st Line Service Desk Analyst is required by a well established legal firm based near to Birmingham, paying up to £25k. The successful Service Desk Analyst will be joining a close knit IT team of 6 who are the first point of contact for around 1000 end user across the globe.
This is a hybrid role 50% in the office and 50% work from home which is planned on a monthly basis between yourself and your line manager during you monthly reviews. You will also be required to work a rotating weekly shift pattern and on call however, if you are on the late shift or on call/out of hours support.
You must have a minimum of 12 months IT experience supporting Windows devices, Microsoft products and iphones on a fast paces service desk or similar, have an excellent telephone manner, and be passionate about helping people.
