Job Description

1st line support/customer call handler – contract – £110 day rate IR35

Office based in Borehamwood

£110 per day inside IR35

3 month initial 

My client, a leading private healthcare firm, located in Borehamwood is looking for an experienced1st line support/customer call handler to join their team in their Borehamwood Head Office. 

Main Duties

Taking inbound calls to collect information
Recording the information collected during telephone conversations
Provide 1st Line Service Desk Support 
Log all incidents with appropriate documentation and troubleshooting as requested by 2nd Line and 3rd Line support teams.

Key Skills / Requirements:

Experienced call handling skills
Good administration experience
Excellent customer service skills
Clear concise communicator
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload to tight deadlines


Contract basis
Immediate start
Office based
9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
