Job Description

Fusion People are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join our client in North Bristol. This company is an internationally recognised construction and utility business that has an excellent reputation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as 1st or 2ndline support, supporting bespoke software across all of their workforce.

Typical duties include, but not limited to:

1st line analysis and resolution of reported issues
Troubleshooting Windows operating system, and application issues
Configure and deploy laptop and Apple Mobile devices
Basic MDM administration of Apple Devices
Supporting deployment and update of software
Troubleshoot hardware and software faults
Install and configure new end user devices to company standards
Good customer facing skills and ability to prioritise your workload are also key aspects of the role.Qualifications and skills required:

Experience and/or Qualifications in an IT support role
Experience with Windows 10 and Apple iPhone iOS/iPadOS
Experience with MS O365 Packages
Experience with Active Directory and group policies
Ability to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
Proactive approach, ability to prioritise and manage own workload
