Job Description

1st Line Support Engineer – Dartford – Consultancy – £28-32K DOE + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a leading IT consultancy offering IT Support and Cloud Storage Solutions, the quality of service they provide has allowed them to become one of the UK's fastest growing Cloud Service Providers to date.

They are looking for a motivated 1st Line Support Analyst to join their growing team in Kent, an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team where you will gain hands on technical experience while focusing on career progression.

Role & Responsibilities:
·Answer first line support calls and correctly log incidents into the internal ticketing system
·Respond to support calls within strict SLAs and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
·Conducting full and thorough diagnostics with the customer to enable first point of contact incident resolution
·Identify and escalate tickets, work with the senior members of the team to resolve issues to satisfaction and within deadlines
·Keep all documentation and records up to date

Essential Skills & Experience:
·Strong understanding of IT and Networking principles
·Ability to communicate clearly with the end user to fully understand issues
·Be able to use initiative to troubleshoot and resolve ticketing issues
·Ability to keep accurate records and record information into ticketing system
·Accurately record all information into the ticketing system
