Role: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: London NW10 0RL
We are looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join a well-established construction company based in North West London.
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing 1st Line technical support on site and remotely for various different sites. The successful candidate will be able to carry out faced-paced assistance within a Windows environment as well as excellent customer service.
Completion of daily tasks including service requests and logging incidents
Resolve tickets, working to SLA's and escalate issues to the 2nd/3rd Line Support team
Maintain asset inventory of equipment
Assist within various projects
Help coordinate team resources with any changes, maintenance, new services or issues
Administration tasks on the service desk including adding starters, removing leavers etcTechnical Skills Required:
Knowledge of Windows 10 OS, and Windows Servers
General knowledge of networking technologies
AD Administration, Azure & On-prem
MS Office 365 administration
Previous experience working on SharePoint & Intune
Troubleshooting & fault diagnosing of hardware & software problems
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
