1st Line Support Engineer – Redhill – £25k – £35k
We have a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer to join an established business based in the Redhill area! The successful applicant will play an important role in the IT Support department and provide technical support to client sites.
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will be speaking to our customers helping to resolved faults, troubleshooting any technical issues which arise and responding to ticket request. This role requires a flexible approach to work, with a "can-do" and proactive attitude in addition to strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Understanding VoIP technologies
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Virtualisation (VMware or Hyper-V)
Excellent customer service skills
