One of my favourite MSP clients, based in Cornwall is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their expanding team on a permanent basis! You'll get the incredible opportunity to take part in Microsoft exams, personal development training courses and internal progression to become the best IT Engineer you can be!
You'll have hands-on experience providing 1st/2nd Line Support, management of full ticket lifecycle, and be trained and mentored by senior staff and your colleagues!
You'll be based in the Falmouth office (hybrid) providing 1st/2nd Line Support with:
-Excellent communication skills and a team player
-Full Driving License (or currently doing lessons & theory)
-SharePoint & Teams
