As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and manning of the Operations & IT Support Desk, delivering 1st Line support to a growing remote user base.
Responsibilities:
* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT equipment
* 1st Line Support Engineer tasked with supporting users on both hardware and software applications.
* Providing in person, telephone or online technical support across the company troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving hardware and software issues.
Key-Skills:
* Qualifications in IT would be advantageous.
* Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
* Strong administration skills.
* Experience in a similar role with customer/IT support.
* Good Excel skills and any exposure to SQL is preferred.
