As an IT Support Executive, you will provide proactive operational IT and administrative support to colleagues at all levels across the Group and will be an active participant in delivering the IT services. You will also monitor ticket queues and chase as required, updating staff with fault progress and timescales.

In your first few weeks in this IT Support Executive role, you can expect to:

Log/process all helpdesk calls in a timely manner and, wherever possible, close helpdesk calls directly
Provide the support of hardware and software for devices and applications from Servers, Desktops and Laptops
Maintain records of software licenses
End-user and product support for printers and photocopiersTo apply for this IT Support Executive role, you will need a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role. You will also require the following:

Fluent written and spoken English
Full, clean driving licence
In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
