This MSP will create a progression plan, and help you reach your goal by covering the cost for training / courses which will help you get there.
They have been going for 40 years and are looking to bolster their support desk team, with someone who will focus on 1st Line Support.
Role: Support Desk Engineer
Office Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £25,000
Package: 20Day AL + BH, 3 days shut down over Xmas, Birthday leave after 1 year of service, Westfield Healthcare + Standard Pension, Car Allowance after 1 year of service, any training courses you wish to go on, cost will be covered.
Some of What You’ll Be Doing:
1st Line support works for various customer who range from 5-450 users.
Working to SLA that have a system of normal, high and critical levels.
Support can be on Office365, Windows servers, password resets etc
Answering tickets via email, customer portal and over the phone. Person Spec:
Must be from an MSP Background.
Experience with MS365, Windows Servers, SonicWall Firewalls.
IT Certs such as A+, or any Windows/MS based certs are desirable.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
