Job Description
IT Technician need by my client. Due to internal promotions my large client is looking for an IT Technician to join their organisation. This a very well established organisation and that believe in looking after their people, you will get training and there are very good promotion prospects. They are looking for a 1st Line Helpdesk person to work at their Doncaster offices.
* 1st line service desk experience, incorporated with hands on hardware support.
* Excellent face to face and telephone customer service.
* Experience using helpdesk/ service desk software – logging and resolving tickets.
* Experience in diagnosing/troubleshooting software and hardware faults.
* Ability to work as a team and on their own.
* Able to work under pressure to hit SLA’s in a busy working environment.
* Experience building + supporting PC’s, laptops and printers.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts – either 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00, 10:00 – 18:00.
* Hunger + enthusiasm to learn and develop.
* Positive can do attitude.
* Driving is essential to the role as they will be supporting 3 sites within Doncaster as well as some sporadic UK travel needed
