IT Technician

We are looking for new a junior technicians to join a growing MSP. No previous IT Experience is required as full training is provided as part of the role, but a keen interest in IT and Apple is highly recommended and any experience is a bonus.

This is an entry level position, with a good structure for technical and career progression. It will suit someone with a basic technical background that is smart, and keen to learn.

Your role will be to provide 1st Line Apple technical support resolving technical issues and carrying out routine maintenance activities.
