1st Line Technical Support

Are you looking to work within a fast-paced environment with a single-source business partner for all UK-wide IT, telecoms, and managed print solutions across the UK? If so, our client has the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to join the business as a 1st Line Technical Support.
You will need a can-do attitude with an eagerness for self-development alongside previous experience within the IT Support Sector.
Some of what you will be doing:
* Being the initial point of contact for clients calling or emailing for technical support
* Identifying and recording the issues that customers have raised
* Responding to service requests relating to workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
* Support client networks and applications across the UK both locally and remotely
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
* Windows 7,8 & 10 Administration & Support
* Active Directory Administration, new user setups (User Accounts, O365 Mailboxes)
* Networking knowledge covering ADSL Broadband, Local Area Networks, Switches & VLan’s
* Understand cabling needs for IT/Telephone System Jobs
* Able to install, configure, upgrade and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices.
* Experience of Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, Office (Apply online only) problem solving.
* Experience of PC hardware troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Basic Administration of Exchange Server and mobile email technologies
