Pyramid8 is working in partnership with a telecommunications company who provide a broad range of services only for the UK business sector. The business has been trading for over 25 years offering extremely high quality services and exceptional customer service. Due to growth they are now looking for a 1st Line Telecoms Support Advisor to join their team based in Tadcaster.
As the first point of contact for the company’s support queries your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer queries via email or phone, after identifying the issue, you will talk through the required steps to resolve it or escalate to the relevant team when necessary, this information will need inputing onto the ticketing system accurately and promptly. In addition to this you will continuously improve knowledge and understanding across various software and hardware technologies supported by the team.
To be considered for this role you need to be confident speaking with customers over the phone, have strong communication skills and have an excellent work ethic. This role is varied, and no two days will be the same. If you have an interest in IT or have recently left school or college and are looking for a role where you can progress and develop then we would be keen to speak with you.
In return you will receive a salary up to £22,000. This is a permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday, 08.30am – 17.00pm
