Role: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: E1 (Onsite)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line IT Engineer to join a well-established beverage company in their Central London Offices. This would be the perfect role if you are a motivated, IT-focused individual who is seeking a successful career within IT.
Work on a busy helpdesk alongside other specialists IT Engineers resolving a range of issues within the company.
Provide high-class support to users in a timely and professional manner via remote tools, email, and over the phone.
Offer articulate and knowledgeable front-line IT Support through strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent training provided for you to excel within this role and internally progress to higher positions.

Previous Experience working in a First Line / IT Support Role
Experience using Active Directory + Group Policy
Windows Server Installation + Configuration
Office 365 + Exchange
AX (Operating System Experience) Highly Desirable!
VMware + Hyper – V Experience
