£30,000-£35,000 – 2nd Line Support Engineer – Southampton

One of our clients has reached out to us this today with an urgent need to fill a 2nd Line Support position on a permanent basis.

The company are a small to medium sized managed service provider based in Southampton.

I am looking for someone who has MSP experience or has worked for an outsourced IT company with experience with excellent people and communication skills, office 365, exchange, active directory, experience with ticketing systems, basic networking.

This is a permanent position and fully onsite, you must be UK based and not require Visa sponsorship.

We are looking for an 2nd Line Support Engineer who has experience with excellent people and communication skills, office 365, exchange, active directory, experience with ticketing systems, basic networking experience on a permanent basis, based on your level of experience salaries are ranging up to £35,000 per annum.

Skills and Experience Required

Excellent people and communication skills
MSP Experience is beneficial
Active Directory/Azure AD
Basic Networking
Experience with ticketing systems
Microsoft suite experience 
Office 365 Administration
