2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer
3 months Inside IR35
Purpose of the Role:
To work within the Group Infrastructure team with a focus on cloud technologies (Azure and AWS): This will include:
Support and Maintenance – Day to day management, maintenance and configuration of the Azure platform.
Supplier engagement including support and billing
Design and best practices
Documentation and monitoring
3rd line support – Shift left
Project deliveryRole Specific Competencies

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ownership of complex AD installations including design, backup, upgrades, simplification and management.
Thorough understanding and experience with Microsoft Azure including Office 365
Windows Server (Apply online only)
Strong experience with Azure AD including MFA
Powershell – User management
Supplier management
Cloud Billing / Monitoring
Support and Deployment of Azure / AWS
Devops + sysops (Cloud)
Documentation including high level diagrams
3rd line support
At least 5 year’s experience at a similar level
Quest Active Roles
Exposure to AWS
VMWare
SAN (Pure, Dell, HP)
