Job Description
2nd/ 3rd Line Support Engineer is required by an international banking organisation based near Bank, London, paying 40K. The company has around 65 users and is a tight-knit and inclusive organisation with high-integrity values. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of technologies, working in a small IT team of 5, for a global organisation. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, the 2nd/ 3rd Line Support Engineer will support the company's infrastructure, systems and applications as well as implementing security policies, security software, networking, patching and administering appliances.
The 2nd/ 3rd Line Support Engineer will be supporting two of the company's London offices and have experience with a variety of systems- Azure, Horizon, VMWare, Active Directory as well as Imaging, Patch testing, routers, VPN and servers. You will be maintaining printers, Cisco switches, security-related systems, installing/ configuring hardware and overall assisting the IT Manager with daily duties of server maintenance and tasks. The organisation will be going through a full infrastructure refresh with all new equipment and a desktop and device update so this a great time to join them and really get stuck in.
