    2nd line Technical Support Engineer

    Circa £35,000 plus benefits

    Hybrid Working

    Gateshead, Tyne and Wear (Commutable from Newcastle, Sunderland, Longbenton, Hexham, …)

    A 2nd line Technical Support Engineer is needed to join this fantastic team that is trusted to deliver by leading UK brands.

    As 2nd line Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems that come directly from clients and through technical escalations.

    Requirements:

    Minimum 2 years – 2nd line Support experience
    Experience working with a broad range of technologies:
    Microsoft OS/ Microsoft 0365
    Azure
    VMware
    Citrix / Virtual Desktop/ SQL
    Linux
    Experience of working with either of these specific techs (Essential)
    CISCO Networking
    Juniper Networking
    Enthusiastic and driven
    Passionate about IT
