Job Description
2nd line engineer – Manchester/Leeds/Liverpool – up to £30,000 (Hybrid)
Austin Fraser are looking for a 2nd line Support Engineer to join a growing IT services business. The 2nd Line Engineer will be supporting a key client for the business and you will be based on site in the clients offices, supporting on a range of Windows Tech. You will take responsibility for the office IT, updates and maintenance of the computers.
The role is 3 days on-site in either location.
Key experience:
– Windows 10 (Server work 2012/2019)
– Active Directory
– O365 (Teams, Exchange, Intune)
– Desktop hardware and server support
– Local Network Support (DNS/DCHP/TCP IP)
Nice to have:
– SCCM
– MDM software
– Sophos Antivirus
– Acserve data protection system
