Our client is a successful supplier of IT solutions for businesses ranging from small, independent businesses to large, international corporations. They are seeking a 2nd Line IT Helpdesk Analyst to work in their busy office environment.
The successful candidate will join the team of IT Analysts and provide day to day technical support to their clients who use a wide, varied and interesting range of technologies. Candidates must be able to provide IT support for Windows PCs, Applications and Printers as well as perform Server administration.
A Full UK driving license is required for this role and experience with Microsoft Office, installation and trouble shooting software applications. Windows Server experience is also required
