Job Title: 2nd line IT Support URGENT REQUIREMENT
Location: Edgeware Remote/ Onsite (clients)
Salary: 30-35k DOE
Hours: Mon-Fri (Apply online only)

We are looking for a 2nd Line IT support Engineer to join a well-established and fast-growing Law firm.
We are building a team of dedicated IT professionals looking for someone to join the team and grow with the company
The role will involve you working predominantly on the management and implementation of our projects both within our office and on client site. These projects typically include the implementation of Office 365, EMS, Mimecast, Azure platform and Hosted Telephony. You will also assist with escalated items from the Service Desk front line team.
Desired skills include:
Remote / On Site Support,
Email services (Exchange 2007/2010,2013, Exchange Online, Mimecast, Gmail)
Microsoft Office 365 services – experience with migration to Exchange Online highly desirable
Microsoft Azure administration
Deployment and implementation of new workstations and network hardware across multiple remote sites.
General desktop support, Hardwaresoftware diagnosis and break fix.
Windows OS 7,8 and 10
DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, Routing, VPN and WAN.
