Job Description
2nd line IT Support Analyst
£28,000 – £32,000 (based on experience) + benefits – Negotiable
Hybrid after training
Birmingham West Midlands – Hybrid role (commutable from Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Coventry, Redditch, Tamworth, etc…
We are looking for someone to join the IT Service Desk at our client in Birmingham as a 2nd line support. This is a nationwide, award-winning company, with over 50 years of experience. You will receive excellent training and development and will have many different progression routes available to you.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6-12 months experience of 2nd line Support at an MSP (ESSENTIAL)
Advanced knowledge of Virtualisation: VMware/Hyper-V and physical servers (ESSENTIAL)
Experience with:
Networks
Troubleshooting
Firewalls
Back ups and recovery
Windows servers
Microsoft office 365
Outgoing personality (ESSENTIAL)
Full clean driving license (ESSENTIAL)
