IT 2nd Line Service Desk, £(Apply online only) p/day, Hybrid Working, 6 months initial contract, Fareham
Contract role for a great 2nd line IT Service Desk Analyst to work within a busy service desk function.
Typical IT 2nd line support fixes likely: Windows, IOS, AD, O365, bespoke systems, Networking, powershell, SCCM etc. There is a 1st Line team to deal with simple IT issues.
You need to be excellent at troubleshooting, getting to the root of the problem as you will resolve hardware, software, network (using Cisco Meraki) and mobile based incidents and service requests from 1st line via the ITSM tool (Service-NOW).
Any experience in SQL Queries would be helpful, but not essential
If you have good all round IT Support experience at a 2nd line experience, please apply.

6 month initial contract
Hybrid is fine if you want to work from home 2 days p/week
