2nd Line Service Desk Engineer (Hybrid working – 2 days office)

Managed Service Provider are expanding their client base and to cope with the growth they are looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer with experience working for an MSP.
To apply for the role the successful 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer will ideally have:
2+ years' experience at a 2nd line level ideally working for an MSP (Managed Service Provider).
Previous experience in a Helpdesk role and be used to working with 3rd line and technical contacts at clients.
Experience attending client site would be desirable, but not essential.
Driving License preferred
The 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer will act as a technical point of reference for less experienced members of the team and will assist in working through the client tickets escalating issues through the Service Desk procedure ensuring SLA's are met.
Other technical knowledge to include SharePoint, Exchange 365, Firewalls, Email software protection would be preferred. The successful 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer will demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude to working independently and be used to speaking to client contacts at different levels.
