Job Description
Avanti Recruitment are working with a Managed Service Provider located in the Reading area who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.
Being a MSP, no day is the same and you will get to work with lots of different types of technology as well as meeting and working with lots of different people.
A typical day will be working through a ticket system resolving issues in priority order, this can be anything from building Intune to a basic 365 problem. On occasion there may be an issue with a clients data centre so you will be required to visit the client and fix the issue, however, this is usually only 2 times a week.
To be successful you will:
* Have a driving licence and car
* Have a customer service background
* 2-3 years experience within IT Support
* Office365 knowledge
* Intune/SCCM
It is even better if you:
* Have experience with Citrix, VMware and Hyper-V
* Building of Virtual Machine Server and Desktop resources
