2nd Line Support/2nd Line Support Engineer
Type: Permanent
Location: Camberley (Hybrid working model)
2nd Line Support Engineer required to join a growing technology services company based in Camberley. The chosen candidate will join an established technical support team providing support to range of users.
You will work in a fast paced environment taking on escalated issues from the helpdesk and work on a variety of issues across Desktop, Cloud, Network and Server technologies/systems.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation who will offer extensive training and longer term growth/development opportunities for this person.
Key Skills/Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level customer service skills and used working in user facing / SLA driven environments
Working with Ticketing Systems
High level troubleshooting skills
Good organisation and prioritisation skills
Understanding of O365 and Windows 7-10
Hardware knowledge – HP and Dell
Networking basics – TCP/IP
Microsoft Exchange (Apply online only)
