We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician to join the team and grow alongside us as we embark on many new projects and challenges.

What You Should Bring:

* Excellent communication skills.

* The ability to work in a team and provide good intelligent input where required.

* The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate an excellent level of technical knowledge and be able to apply the knowledge in a structured approach to solve IT issues.

Some Specifics Of The Role:

* Setting up and supporting small and medium business networks.

* Supporting PCs and servers remotely and on-site ( Win7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 2016).

* Installing business computer systems.

* Office 365 maintenance, installation and migration.

* Supporting customer applications.

* Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016

* Setting up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows).

* Managing WHM web servers and DNS.

* Administration of IP Phone systems (via web-based interface).

* All applicants must have a Right to Work in the UK.

Extra Skills That Would Be Great:

* A minimum of 1+ years experience in supporting small and medium-sized business networks in an outsourced IT company.

* Full UK Driving Licence
