The purpose of this role
As 2nd Line Support Technician, you will be monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure first-class support is provided to all users.
As 2nd Line Support Technician, you'll be responsible for:
Monitoring all tickets on the Incident Management System.
Configuring software and hardware, ensuring security through access controls and relevant training.
Maintaining system performance, testing new systems, and updating existing models to ensure optimal efficiency.
Updating system reports regularly, creating all documentation and manuals necessary.
Installing, maintaining, and upgrading the internal business systems, troubleshooting any issues
Skills & Experience
Desirable experience using MySQL, Qlik and/or Jaspersoft.
Previous experience supporting business systems and platforms.
Demonstrable IT software knowledge and ability to work to deadlines.
