Do you provide dynamic and resourceful 2nd Line support with experience in Business Systems?
We're looking for a highly motivated, clear communicator and a great problem solver to provide 2nd Line Support to a leading Leisure and Hospitality provider with over 150 sites across the UK.
The role will predominantly involve taking responsibility for investigative work to determine the source of problems and providing solutions, whilst simultaneously providing a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include support and continuous improvement of business systems, resolving complex issues and liaising with 3rd party support partners.
Who you'll be
You'll have experience in providing 2nd Line IT support with exposure to Business Systems
You'll be able to prove you have a track record in delivering measurable business results
