Job Description

2nd Line Support Engineer (Must have O365/SharePoint)

An experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer is required by my London-based client to provide a mix of BAU Service Desk and also Project related support and technical troubleshooting activities.

We are looking for a hungry, enthusiastic individual who is able to get on with the task at hand, someone who doesn't need much hand-holding and who is able to go out into the business and find problems rather wait on tasks being handed to them. I guess what we are asking for is someone that will show initiative and be proactive.

Candidates applying for this position must be able to demonstrate that they have good hands-on support experience with the following platforms and technologies: O365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Networking, Hardware Builds, AV Setup, and also Windows OS.
