2nd Line Support Engineer- Southampton- £35k

We have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd line support engineer to join a reputable comapn in Southampton. As a member of the IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Desktop operating systems, Microsoft servers within an M365 environment as well as being comfortable with hardware and software issues.

The ideal candidate will have (You don't have to tick all of the boxes!)
* Experience in either a law firm or MSP (desirable)
* 2nd Line Support Experience
* Experience in performing Cloud Migrations
* Virtualisation- Citrix (Highly Desirable) VMware, Hyper-V
* Active Directory and Group Policies
* Windows Servers
* Strong Office365
* Technical certifications and qualifications are a plus
* Good understanding of Networking
