A young, vibrant information technology company who provide IT support / Consultancy for small to medium businesses in the York area are looking for a new IT Systems Engineer to join the team
Your role will be to act as an Engineer in the 2nd line support department providing telephone, desktop, server and networking support.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 Years' experience in an IT support / helpdesk role.
Clear communication and telephone manner and etiquette.
Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including Guest/Server.
Good Knowledge of core hardware – CPU's, Hard Drives, Remote boards, HP, Dell
Good Knowledge of Networking (NAT, ACL, VLAN, etc.).
Good knowledge of cloud solution management (Office 365, Azure, etc.).
The role will suit individuals currently working as an IT Systems Engineer, IT Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support Engineer, Helpdesk Engineer, Network Engineer and be living within a commutable distance of York, Leeds, Selby or be willing to relocate.
