2nd Line Support Engineer – The Role:
Working within our Technical Support Team you will help to solve a broad range of software, networking and telephony issues. You will also work on installation and upgrade projects. You will be predominately office based (with hybrid working) but will also travel to client sites so a full driving license is required.
2nd Line Support Engineer – Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about technology and has a strong desire to help others.
Your experience should ideally include:
• Proven experience as a Support Engineer
• Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Active Directory
• Firewall configuration (Watchguard or similar)
• Networking, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, WAN, Routing
• Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure
