2nd Line Support Engineer
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and competent 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our established Manufacturing company in Halifax.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for providing second line technical assistance for Microsoft operating systems, applications, and network management.
This role will enhance the delivery of cutting-edge projects and solutions to customers.
The day-to-day provision of technical support and the monitoring of clients' systems are the primary responsibilities of the position, these must be carried out efficiently and adhere to SLAs.
