Position: IT Support Engineer (1st line)
Location: Colchester
Salary: £29K – £35K

I am recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a 1st line IT Support Engineer to join well established, award-winning Managed Service Provider that is currently going through a large spell of growth. You will be a part of a very talented IT team, that is responsible for resolving and troubleshooting incidents from a 1st/ 2nd line level. You will be supporting a wide variety of clients and industries, and this can be done remotely, in the office, or on-site.
Key Skills:
* Office 365 – Administration
* Windows Desktop and server
* Hardware and Software Experience
* Customer facing and confident to solve tasks
Desirable:
* MSP Experience
* IT Helpdesk experience
