Location: Heald Green, near Manchester Airport
Salary: £30,000

* Looking for a talented 2nd Line Engineer to help make their growth dreams a reality!

The Role
* 2nd line IT support
* Using the helpdesk system to log calls and progress notes
* Take ownership of your open tickets and manage through to resolution
* Contribute to the company's award-winning IT support by providing outstanding customer service and going above and beyond for your customers
* Being a key player in the 2nd line team and mentoring the more junior staff as and when required

* Windows Server: (Apply online only)
* Office 365 Stack (SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams)
* Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper V
* Backups: Veeam etc
* Antivirus
* Firewalls
* Networking Skills
