Role: 3rd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Elland, West Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join a expanding Managed Service Provider in Elland. With a salary of £33,000, this role offers an opportunity to lead and champion high service standards in managed services support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and train a team in comprehensive use of IT support systems
* Provide hands-on technical support to customers
* Act as escalation point, resolving 3rd lien tickets
* Monitor and audit tickets assigned to the team
* Regular visits to West Yorkshire clients to manage relationships and identify opportunities
Skills we are looking for:
* Experience with Windows Servers up to 2022
* Active Directory, Group Policy
* Exchange Server – configurations
* Office 365, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive – configurations (desirable)
* Network troubleshooting
